Synopsis |
In 1956, before he was known as “The King,” 21-year-old Elvis Presley spent his summer in Biloxi, Mississippi with his sweetheart, June Juanico. A friend of June’s mother, Eddie Bellman, captured some of the best moments of the trip on his 8mm camera. The vacation included deep sea fishing trips, Elvis shooting guns with friends, and driving his famous pink Cadillac. Bellman was able to capture a side of Elvis only seen by his closest friends and family. “Elvis Home Movies” features interviews with Eddie Bellman, Elvis’ long time friend George Klein, and June Juanico, who elaborates on her romance with Elvis during the summer of 1956. |
